I found these headphone to be the most comfortable Ive owned. Excellent sound quality and good noise cancelling.

These are the predecessor to probably the best headphones I have ever used (WH1000XM4) but are built with identical noise cancelling technology and still are an excellent pair of headphones.

Perfect companion for busy office environment and travelling. For longer wearing it gets hot, but nothing too bad that little pause wouldnt fix. Ive heard reports that wearing them in cold temperatures would generate false clicks on touch control. If you are planning to wear them outside, make additional research.

Technically speaking, I think these are probably the best headphones on the market right now (March 2019). They do everything they claim to do and they really are a quality product.

Id advise purchasing your headphones from the manufacturer, since it will be covered by a 1 or 2 year warranty. Theyve told me theres nothing they can do to fix these, and the same is true with sony, since they were refurbished. Ive done this with Sennheiser before, and they have been much better about offering a full warranty for factory refurb. These are great headphones, I just regret how I got them.

This headphone are exactly was I looking for. The sound is great and the noise canceling feature works perfectly.

Initially I was weary about buying renewed headphones, but so far (key) I am very pleased with my purchase. Like anyone else considering renewed Sony headphones, I wanted a great pair of headphones at a great price, which is why I bought these. Also, because I was weary of them failing I ponied up for the extended warranty that extends the manufacturers warranty.
