Very good noise canceling, amazing battery duration, good sound (you can customize using the phone app). A little too big, but very comfortable. Good buy when compared to Bose 35II.

Wont pair with iphoneX or SONY app. I did get it to pair with my Mac Book Pro though. Called SONY to trouble shoot, and they determined pair was defective. And because the sound instructions are in Chinese there isnt much you can do to work around. Also, I was surprised the sound quality was soo poor, It doesnt go very loud, and it wasnt very good. The noise cancellation seem ineffective as well, as I can hear everything around me. Kind disappointed, as I am going to have to buy a new pair elsewhere. Also, returns are diffcult, Amazon charges a dollar for the label return, something not listed in the purchase.

I just got them and tried to use them today. It took 5 tries to get it to connect to my computer, but if finally worked. The controls do not work well at all. It takes like 5 tries to get the thing to pause or play and I still cant get the fast forward or backward to work. It wont connect to my i-phone at all. Im going to try it one more time tomorrow after my i-phone is at full power, but I will most likely return them. Im really disappointed because its really hard for me to find headphones that dont hurt my ears and (at least for the little bit I wore them) they seemed like they would be really comfortable.

out of the box; these headphones are absolutely fantastic. comfortable. a little hot in the summer, but great otherwise. the noise cancellation is incredible. I couldnt hear my window air conditioner, or even the lawnmower in front of me while I cut the grass. near perfect sound quality. much better sound quality than Bose qc35ii. abient sound mode worked perfect. after the update though.... noise cancellation barely works. I can hear my fingers snapping... it used to drown out a lawnmower! the Bose headphones would now have much better noise cancellation Im sad to say. the ambient sound control is messed up now too. it used to pick up voices well, and traffic by the side walk sounded clear... after the update it seems to drown out cars and people, but accentuates white noise like air conditioning and fridge condensers clicking on. WTF!? how is that useful? thats what I want to drown out. why would Sony do this? why would they destroy a wonderful pair of headphones that cost 350$? the new xmh4 headphones have just been announced. sony may actually be screwing up their best headphones on purpose to give people a reason to spend more money. its really pretty underhanded and shameful. its still possible to get the best ambient sound control and noise cancellation, but you will have to sacrifice some other features they added to the app later on. you can downgrade the headphone firmware, but its kind of a pain. you could also buy a fresh new pair and refuse to update them. they really do have great potential. sony might fix it eventually, but who knows. I think these headphones actually still deserve a 3.5 or maybe even 4 out of 5 but I feel forced to give them a 1 due to Sonys bizzare approach to customer service and product support. if its not broken, dont fix it. imagine if you looked outside and saw a guy in a Honda jumpsuit taking the brakes off your car, and he was putting on much worse brakes, and told you they were somehow improved even though you are more likely to crash. I kinda feel like thats similar to sony reducing the ambient sound controls ability to hear nearby traffic in an update, stating that it improves battery life when it obviously doesnt. much like the fictitious man in a jumpsuit sealing your brakes, all of the sudden not being able to hear nearby cars, when you were used to being able to hear them from pretty far away, could potentially be dangerous. I realize that comparison is a pretty big stretch, but its not a good look. things like that are problems I expect the HIGHLY paid audio engineers at Sony to take into consideration when I buy such an expensive pair of headphones. I would have sent them back for a refund, but I installed the update 4 days after the return window so Im screwed. Sony: fix my headphones and I very gladly take down this review. until then I guess Ill be hearing alot of my neighbors and landscaping tools... cool.

Produto de ótima qualidade, atendeu minhas expectativas, há a possibilidade de deixar a configuração para ouvir ambiente externo e também o cancelamento de ruído que funciona muito bem! É confortável tanto na orelha como na cabeça. Como é um produto importado, vem configurado em chinês, mas ao baixar o aplicativo da Sony, consegui configurar para o Português.

I love these headphones, they sound so good. The bass and vocals are clean and loud yet punchie, and the eq settings can change the sound if you dont like how it sounds.

Though this pair of headphones was significantly cheaper than a brand new pair, it did not fail to please with its impressive noise cancelling feature and simple swiping motions on the side of the headphones to increase, decrease volume, etc.

Almost perfect but with couple of flaws that is deal breaker: 1) Comfort - my ears starts to heats up and sweats about 15-30 minutes on. The inside foam also touches my ear lobe thus making it more uncomfortable. 2) Touch features - the volume up/down and rewind/forward gesture can be mistaken, you thought youre making straight up gesture to increase volume but if you sway a little to either right or left the headphone acted as youre rewinding or forwarding.

Awesome headphones. Ive heard so much about this headphones and oh boy! They are amazing.
