Pros:

Great headphones, especially if you can get them for $150 or less

Using it mostly for video calls for work. I have small head and some headphones I tried were too loose (I could not adjust them to fit). Sony is a perfect fit. Microphone is working very well, and sound is great.

Sony makes some of the highest quality products, period. I looked at the Bose and found them less than or equal to the Sonys but way more expensive.

Headphones are generally great except that a chime comes in from time to time for no apparent purpose other than to annoy. I gather from internet that it has something to do with changes in noise reduction but no one has told me a good way to turn it off. Maybe Sony is going to correct this but it seems to be too late for me.

I cant say enough great things about these headphones. My favorite headphones ever, I am a causal average joe in the headphone world so for me these worked great. I use them for studying and workplace. not suitable for the gym in my opinion they are too nice.

From the reviews watched on YouTube I expected a lot and they didnt disappoint in anyway that I can tell so far. Would highly recommend for anyone who is considering buying noise cancelling headphones.
