> 3 dayI had seen these around for a while and never thought theyd be worth getting. I was worried theyd be too hard, that the magnets wouldnt hold, that theyd break or leak super easily, etc... Pleased to report that I was wrong. After playing with some brought to an event by some friends, I went out and got my own. For myself and my kids. The refill is easy in a bucket or cooler. Theyre a little less forgiving than a regular water balloon, but unless youre an adult intentionally throwing fastballs at little kids, its going to be fine. They do come apart during acceleration if you throw them too hard, so thats actually a bit of a safety mechanism. So far I havent had any straight-up break, but Im sure its only a matter of time before my kids rip one apart at the hinge. But for the super easy refill and zero balloon waste, these are well worth the price.

> 3 dayIts funny, but water balloons have not evolved as long as Ive been alive. Theyre just as popular as when I was a kid having water fights out in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, theyre still problematic when it comes to the mess they leave behind. You can do whatever you can to clean up your mess, but so many times, the broken balloon pieces are left behind for some bird to grab, thinking its food or some other animal ingesting it. How can they improve a balloon? They may not have to improve the balloon. This alternative works just as well for fun, the cleanup, and the environment. This is such a simple idea. Its a wonder why this is the first time anyone created it. This little silicone ball can be filled (mostly) with water, and magnets keep it closed until it hits either the person youre throwing at or the ground. Just like regular water balloons, sometimes they dont break fully, and sometimes there is water left in the ball because the magnets close the ball before all the water is gone. t thats part of the fun. Isnt it? Anyone can pick it up and throw it again. All in all, these are a great alternative to regular water balloons. Ill need help thinking of a reason to go with the classic kind over these. They come with a pouch, too, to store them in, which was a great p s. If you order more than one bag (of eight), youll get a pouch for every bag, so youll have extra. I was able to fit all of them in one pouch.

> 3 dayI got these reusable water balloons for my son for Easter. We havent been able to give them a real big playtime yet, as the weather has been too chilly for water fights, BUT we did try them out a bit just to see how well they work. So far so good! The are so easy to fill, you just open it up inside the bucket of water and close it while submerged. I wouldnt say they get completely filled with water, but it is enough. The magnetic closure works great, they do not leak. They stay closed when you throw them and break open upon impact. I think the silicon will hold up well even when it hits the pavement. To dry them out, I just opened them up and lay flat on a surface. I think these water balloons will last us a long time, and be healthier for the environment!

> 3 dayThese are fun to play with. There is no mess like an actual water balloon which is very nice. They hurt when hit with them but not too terribly. refilling them isnt too bad so over all a nice product.

> 3 dayKids liked them and I liked not picking up balloon scraps but you do have to throw them hard & not good for littles under 5, complained it hurt when they got hit. Super easy for the kids to use and fill up.

> 3 dayAs over-engineered as these are. There are some good advantages. Firstly, they are re-useable. In a waterballon fight, duels, a consequence of a rochambaeux loss etc. You can grab it fill it in seconds in a pool or bucket and youre good to go. Its a different dynamic in play...but it makes it fun. Splash factor is great. Especially because if youve played before. Being hit by a water balloon can hurt and sometimes just bounce off you. Sometimes you have to throw it so hard just to make them pop (I felt so bad pelting my 5 yo daughter with a regular water balloon). These silicone ones were PERFECT, they explode on impact nearly all the time. Durability. I fear this will suffer sooner or later but theyve held up a couple of sessions so far. I honestly feel they will be worth their cost in the long run. Even if they break, youre left with useable neodymium magnets for other projects. Im impressed with these and this one has one.of the cheapest per-balloon cost. I do wish they had a larger quantity pack for a better price per balloon cost. These things will be great as we hit higher temps this season.

> 3 dayMy kids LOVE water balloons and these will save us SO much money and clean up! My 3 year old can fill them herself so all I have to do is fill a bucket once and they can so the rest!! Such a great investment!

> 3 daySaw these on a commercial once, long time ago, before streaming and we watched cable. I thought it was a cool concept because although water balloon fights are fun, it sucks for the person that has to prepare and fill all the water balloons and it sucks for the person that has to pick up all the broken pieces. With these re-usable water balloons, the prep is easy with a large bucket of water as they Fill Themselves! The magnets that create the seal attract and trap the water inside. And since the top and bottom sections of the balloon are connected, when the water splashes out, the balloon is one large piece that you can pick up and throw into the bucket to refill. The downside is that it is prone to leakage. So if youre doing balloon toss game, the forces at play when you toss the water balloon make cause some water to escape. Also, if you catch it in a weird way that causes the magnets to separate, water may leak out or you break the seal and all the water comes gushing out. I am torn about the value for money because really paying a pretty penny for only 6 pieces. For 5 bucks you can buy a pack of 60 of the traditional type. The concept that its refillable on-the-fly (and better for the environment) it will pay for itself over the course of several weekends in the summertime.
