> 3 dayThere are multiple brands on Amazon all selling this item. I personally have some from multiple brands and as long as they say “SOPPYCID” in the item name they all look identical in person (packaging, color, function, etc). So I recommend checking out all your option and going with whatever is cheapest. That being said, these are great for avoiding the inevitable yard cleanup after using traditional water balloons. They’re also way faster and easier to fill for little hands since there isn’t any balloon tying involved. The only downside to these really compared to regular balloons is it will obviously cost a ton more money to get a reasonable quantity than it would for a bag of water balloons.

> 3 dayCute idea, kids enjoyed filling them and squishing them but complained that they hurt when hit with them which I can understand because they have a sturdy middle, but soft side.

> 3 dayThese new reusable water balloons that have came out are pretty neat. We have only used them a few times but seem to work pretty well so far! They have stayed together well enough to hold the water but then burst open easily on impact. My kids love them. Going to order more!

> 3 dayThese water bombs (aka reusable water balloons) are great. My kids love playing with them outside. They are easy to fill up on their own. They hold the water together with strong magnets. Theyve been using them for a bit now and they are holding up just fine. Would recommend them. Probably are going to want to buy more than just one set.

> 3 dayWe had picked up a different set of these and wanted a few more to enhance playtime. This set offered 8 balls and a bag which were improvements over my other set. This set also felt much more like water balloons. The ‘shell’ materials was thinner and less textured, giving it a more ‘balloon-like’ feel. So far no durability issues, we’ll see how they hold up to some more intense fights with slightly older kids. This set were also a slight bit more difficult to close properly under water. On occasion the top half of the balloon would land lopsided on the bottom leaving gaps where water would spill out if unsubmerged. It was not a hard problem to fix and my 4yo was able to manage without issue. I really like these over actual water balloons. They are easy to use and quick to clean up after. The included bag was big enough to hold a total of 14 balloons for easy transport. Though these are pricey, I’d still recommend for kids who like water balloons.

> 3 dayMy 2 and 4 year old have played with these everyday since we got them. They are expensive but for how many regular water balloons we would go through this summer it will end up being cheaper. I love that my kids can fill them up themselves. They dont hurt when when they hit you. They break up easily, but not too easily.

07-06-2025I got these reusable water balloons for my son for Easter. We havent been able to give them a real big playtime yet, as the weather has been too chilly for water fights, BUT we did try them out a bit just to see how well they work. So far so good! The are so easy to fill, you just open it up inside the bucket of water and close it while submerged. I wouldnt say they get completely filled with water, but it is enough. The magnetic closure works great, they do not leak. They stay closed when you throw them and break open upon impact. I think the silicon will hold up well even when it hits the pavement. To dry them out, I just opened them up and lay flat on a surface. I think these water balloons will last us a long time, and be healthier for the environment!

> 3 dayMassive safety concern. These magnets are near the surface and my 4 year old scratched them out. We werent sure if he swallowed any so we went to the er. They were later accounted for but this could be a terrifying incident if a child does swallow these. They are extremely high powered magnets as the nurses stated. DO NOT BUY. They should be recalled

Greater than one weekAs over-engineered as these are. There are some good advantages. Firstly, they are re-useable. In a waterballon fight, duels, a consequence of a rochambaeux loss etc. You can grab it fill it in seconds in a pool or bucket and youre good to go. Its a different dynamic in play...but it makes it fun. Splash factor is great. Especially because if youve played before. Being hit by a water balloon can hurt and sometimes just bounce off you. Sometimes you have to throw it so hard just to make them pop (I felt so bad pelting my 5 yo daughter with a regular water balloon). These silicone ones were PERFECT, they explode on impact nearly all the time. Durability. I fear this will suffer sooner or later but theyve held up a couple of sessions so far. I honestly feel they will be worth their cost in the long run. Even if they break, youre left with useable neodymium magnets for other projects. Im impressed with these and this one has one.of the cheapest per-balloon cost. I do wish they had a larger quantity pack for a better price per balloon cost. These things will be great as we hit higher temps this season.
