> 3 daySound is great and powerful. Only the complain is hard to see all the feature button ( power, volume so on) I have to pick up speaker close to the light every time when I need to push volume or power button, it’s quite annoying

> 3 dayI have a lot of speakers but when it comes to compatibility, easy to carry move it would be the Soundcore. Only downside is the battery life. But it’s still last for up to 6-7hr of playtime. Edit: I realized the lights were on. When they’re off it’s about 10ths-9hrs of playtime. Which is significantly great for a small size speaker of its size.

> 3 dayGreat sound quality and portability for the price, BUT pairing compatibility between multiple flare minis is very deceptive. I purchased my 1st flare mini in June 2021 and my 2nd flare mini in July 2022. Both are called flare mini, look identical, and were purchased via the same Amazon link. I was unable to pair the 2 together and called Anker for support (Anker support was fantastic, btw). It turns out that the 2022 version is not compatible with the 2021 version and cannot be paired together. This is super frustrating because there is really no indication that the 2022 version is different in any way or wouldnt be compatible with the 2021 version. So learn from my mistake - If you want to pair 2 flare minis, check that they are the same model number or they may not be compatible for pairing.

Greater than one weekFor the low price asked, this is an excellent portable BT speaker and hard to beat. The sound quality is great, exceptional for this price point. Bluetooth works perfectly. For a small, portable BT speaker, the pseudo-360 sound approach works well. I used the app during setup and testing (on my phone), but rarely need it in daily use. I use this Flare Mini often with my Chromebook and it works perfectly. The CB volume controls work great with it and it connects quickly always. Same with my phone. Did I mention how good this speaker sounds? The bass is full and realistic, not muddy or overdone at all. Mids are great and highs seem very good to me as well. Everything sounds well balanced. Crisp. As it should. I did not notice any distortion at tolerable volume levels. I am not a big fan of the controls which can be hard to see in a dimly lit room, but its not a big deal since you dont need to use them much, since you can control them from your device. But they can be hard to press and overall are the one minor nibble I have with this fine speaker. Oh, I almost forgot about the lights. I normally have them turned off, but they work fine and are fun occasionally. :-) This is one of the best values I have found in a solid portable Bluetooth speaker and it is now a favorite of mine. ------------ Update: Forgot to mention that when watching movies on my Chromebook and using this speaker, everything is in sync, no issues with audio lag from the video. And this speaker always connects automatically when I turn on my Chromebook if Bluetooth is turned on, on the CB. Just works great,

> 3 dayI love the small size and the flashing lights! The texture is threaded so it looks very professional! also I LOVE that I can pair two speakers together and use them simultaneously, this is my favorite part! 1 IMPORTANT THING: The speakers come Equalized to a special soundcore level. So it may make your music sound a bit strange. BUT if you get the app you can change the equalization back to normal so your music will sound regular again. Amazing speakers!

> 3 dayA little disappointed after reading all the glowing reviews. I bought this speaker for $30 on a lightning deal. Anyway I bought this with expectation for a small travel speaker to replace my 5 year old Boombotix Boombot pro which has a tired battery. The speaker is about the size of a soda can. It sounds only slightly fuller and louder than the Boombot which is about half the size of the flare mini. I also compared it MI Bluetooth speaker, and my Earfun Uboom. The Earfun is about 20% larger but blows the Flare Mini out of water with both bass and clarity. The much smaller Mi cant produce nearly the volume of the flare but has a much more natural sound. The problem with Flare Mini is it just has no life to the sound. The high end is so rolled off that it everything sounds a little dead and muffled. Still its a convenient speaker for a shower or hotel room, I may return it in favor of the Tribit Xsound Go which gives up TWS and 360 sound but is truly amazing for its size. Also considering sucking it up and picking up the tiny and amazing for its size Bose Soundlink Pro.

> 3 dayFantastic speaker with good sound range. Lights around the base can be set to glowing or to flash with the music, or just turned off. My only complaint is the lack of controls. Theres a button for power, volume up, volume down, Bluetooth, and lights, but theres only one button for 4 other functions: play/pause, next track, previous track, and listen. You have to press the button 1, 2, or 3 times, or press and hold it for a stupid long time, for each of those functions respectively. Can be paired with a second speaker as well for better stereo sound.

> 3 dayIve been looking for a waterproof speaker that has decent volume and works well for listening to Audiobooks. I tried 2 other speakers before this one with no success. Both of the other speakers had a major flaw, they would cut off the first word of every sentence when listening to Audiobooks or podcasts rendering them useless for my main purpose. This speaker works great for listening to Audiobooks. The sound is crisp and clear and the volume is loud! I tested it for listening to music and it sounds great! It might not be loud enough for a full blown party, but its close enough. I didnt care for the lights on the speaker, but they can be turned off. I cant speak to the life of the battery yet, but Ive been listening to an audiobook for a few hours after charging and it still going strong.

> 3 dayThis is a great, easy to use little blue tooth speaker. It pumps out good sound, easily connects to phones and other streaming devices and does a nice job holding the connection -- no issues there. My kids love the colored lights coming from the bottom. We use this on the back porch when we are in the pool. We have not put it in the water, but it has been on the deck when we watered plants and such and it doesnt seem to be impacted in the slightest bit by the water -- as advertised. It charges quickly and lasts for several hours outdoors. WEve had it about a month and it seems like a great buy.

23-11-2024I use this speaker at work. I listen to music while Im stocking and cleaning amazing sound clairity decent bass could be better. Loud little speaker bring the party with you it lights up for a light show while you listen only downside is that the light drains the battery
