it works but I feel like it wasnt designed as well as it should have been. Every other space heater ive had when you turn it off, it keep blowing air for the next 30 seconds as a cool down process so it doesnt melt the internals. This one just instantly shuts off, so I guess Ill just have to trust that it isnt overheating when I turn it off, and I dont. Speaking of turning it off, the motor for swiveling/oscillation stays on unless i turn it off, on top of also turning off the heater. I assume that this is useful for when I have only the fan going, but I have both heater and fan off, this should by default also turn off the oscillation setting. So the heater works, I just think it could have been designed better.

We ended up sending 2 back because they just stopped working.

It works great. I wish that you could adjust the temp on this. It just has hi or low.

I hate to give it a bad review, but the fan makes a constant high pitched screeching sound thats like nails on a blackboard, the exact opposite of white noise. It heats extremely well, even on low, and the auto-shutoff works as it should. As far as the sound, it might just be due to a bad unit, but its not worth the hassle of returning. I wouldnt buy it again.

Con: no temperature control. This has a low and high setting and just continues running. We had to buy a thermostat plug to pair it to set shut on and shut of temperatures. This is why we gave it two stars for temperature control. Also, sometimes it makes a click noise when its on oscillate. Pro: this little heater is POWERFUL! Its about the size of a car battery and on a low setting it quickly heated up our poorly insulated bedroom in the deep of winter. Its twice as effective as our last heater at half the energy usage. The combined price of this heater and the thermostat plug was still comparable/cheaper to more complex heaters. If it gets knocked over, it shuts off. We gave five stars for heat output and safety.

I have this product sitting under my desk while working. It works great but the heat direction is not so great. The heat/air blows on my legs only. When it is oscillating it seems as if its not on. I need the heat to blow on my feet, not my legs. I would have to have a footstool to place my feet on for the heat to blow on them.

The oscillator isnt as handy as a thermostat, would be. It never shuts off, until you turn it off.

My office is always freezing. This heater is perfect for my cubicle.

Im sad to write this because this thing is lightweight, cheap and puts out a lot of heat for my needs. However I had to buy 2 to replace the first one, and now merely 5 days out of the 30 month window a 2nd heater has burnt itself out and stopped working. I guess you get what you pay for.

For it to be so small the amount of heat that comes from it is amazing
