The first time I did it wrong and they don’t really tell what to do how to do it And put it on they take forever to respond and they don’t have videos on how to use this one if they had videos someone then it would be more easy to figure out and all that other then that I had to use the second glass but if that it. I have a big smug on the bottom of my switch screen and I tried everything to get it off and nothing but it’s on the actual switch screen that was from the product I sent them what they needed and it looks like nothing’s happening with it I haven’t seen emails back from them so this my rating for them

product itself is very good, easy to apply and consistent. the issue i had was with a perfect Amazon box containing a ripped open product box with a missing protector. Amazon replaced it, but it was a hassle so close to Christmas. Product packaging is delicate, they need to redesign their product box.

I really like this screen protector, and it was easy to put on. The touch screen works great too. Only problem, was the first one I tried had an extra piece of plastic tab that somehow got underneath. I dont really think there was any way I could have been at fault for this, but I didnt see it until the alignment tool was lifted up. Nothing was wrong with the second one, and Im happy with it.
