Sure, the plastic guide makes sure its on straight. But both attempts at installing failed due to bubbles that would NOT come out. I dont know if I got a defective box or what, Ive never had any issues putting on screen protectors before. I was in a well lit, clean and dry table, no extra dust or anything. The first time the bubble in the middle would not dissipate so I assumed it was a speck that got in there when I was installing. I tried to peel back and squeegee it, but no luck. I tried with the second one and the edges wouldnt stick in place. Will not buy again. Ever.

I absolutely suck at putting on screen protectors, they always get dust even though I make it completely clean before I apply it, I get the angle wrong, a few times while removing the last clear layer it would also remove the screen protector, plus countless others issues I have come across with other screen protectors for decades now. This one was beyond easy and it didnt even give me a chance to mess it up. Its simple, you clean the screen (I didnt notice it came with wet wipes, so i cleaned it with the included dry towel,) you then peel the back clear layer from the plastic device, then you put the plastic device onto the Switchs screen, then you slide your finger from left to right on the plastic (it tells you where) and you hold the right side down with that finger for 30 seconds, then you peel that slide your finger label off (which is stuck on tight, this is probably necessary to detach the screen protector from the plastic thing,) then you peel the last peelable clear layer and bam, its done. if there are any bubbles (mine had 1) then you use that rubber rectangle thats included to get rid of it/them. I havent used it yet, so I can say nothing about its durability, all I can say is that I love that plastic application thing, I wish all screen protectors came with it.

If youre looking to buy a screen protection for your Switch, just buy this one. The ease of installation, for those who fear bubbles, is incredible with the included EZ FIT bracket. Weird to say is that the included wipes to clean the screen before installation is incredible. Other cheaper screens may provide more physical back up screens, but they often dont apply well enough to prevent a bubble or two. Just get this one.

super easy installation & high quality screen. however, when opening make sure to place in a safe/clean area (got a few big dust particles :( but i was able to remove with the sticky tabs given) & youre ready to put on right away.
