Thank you for making the situation right, you are one of the few retailers that value customer service. I tried multiple cleaning products, nothing cleaned the windows. I ended up using paper towels and window cleaner to get them streak free.

> 3 dayAt first glance I thought this would be great to wash my solar panels on the roof with since they have to be treated essentially as windows, upon first use it was very nice and sturdy how everything clicks in just right and feels secure. When I went up to the roof, it was very hard to get a streak free swipe from the squeegee side only cause the orange neck part is very rubbery and limp with even light pressure making it very uncomfortable to maneuver. Its a good idea just not stiff enough. I personally would not recommend if you want streak free windows/solar panels

> 3 dayThis squeegee was nice overall. I liked that the head has a locking feature to hold it in the desired angle. Both a long and short blade were included. You can add handle sections to increase length to find something just right. Sadly this arrived with a VERY strong odor. I had to wash it and air it out in the garage to dissipate it. It did finally subside but it would have been overpowering had I needed to keep it inside.
