This is okay. Im short, but I have tall windows. I thought it might help me keep them clean a little better. It mostly just streaked them the first time I used them, but at least I was able to get some of the gunk off of the windows. Better than nothing but could be better. Update: The company contacted me and expressed their regret about my experience with their product. Ive got to say, their customer service is phenomenal.

It has an appealing design but once you use it you realize it’s a mess putting it together and not ergonomic.

Where do I begin? Lets start with the pros: Nice long extension pole, fairly easy to assemble and a set of nice micro-fiber pads. Now for the cons: The rubber squeegees are just useless. Take a look at the pictures. The rubber is stiff, has a squared edge (vs. tapered) and does not seat squarely against the glass. I compare this squeegee to another one I have that actually works. It has a beveled/tapered edge and is made of soft rubber. Sits firmly against the glass and gets ALL of the water off in one swipe. Not so with the square edged squeegee. Compare the two pictures after swiping with both squeegees. The one that comes with this kit leaves a big streak down the window. The one with the soft beveled edge completely cleans the glass. I rested the square-edge squeegee on a table to show daylight coming through. The bevel edged squeegee sits firmly letting no daylight through. Had the same problem. Thought perhaps that THIS kit would be different. Nope. Same product under a different brand and seller. So sending back for a refund. It’s a durable and nice quality tool. Worth the money. Finally find a good tool to clean the higher windows.

Con: the squeegee blade pulls/falls off the end pretty easily, which is super annoying. Pro: lightweight, easy assembly, long handle Overall it did what I needed it to to clean windows at home. I will continue to use it in the future since it wont be an every day thing. If I were to use it more frequently I definitely would return it because of the rubber squeegee end.

I am really impressed with the quality of the product. Once put together wasn’t too heavy, pieces were easy to change out. Also easy to store away. Would recommend for what I bought it for, windows on my home and car.

Sturdy. Good quality. Versatile enough for many jobs.
