Love this and use it regularly on my legs. So easy to glide over skin and work the yucky parts out. Obsessed, quality is better than expected.

Sturdy comes in a little bag where u can store it. So far so good. Although they may be pricier than other equipment I feel you only need to buy once and never again so it evens out

A hefty tool. It allows me to easily scrape my leg muscles using both hands. Does the job very well.

If you want to self gua sha and get all the spots by yourself this is it! I have a lot of scar tissue in between my shoulder blades and I was able to get it with this tool doing it alone.

Being an athlete using this tool for deep tissue massages are great. It works perfect for muscles such as quad, hamstring, calves and IT Bands. It is definitely worth the value and more!

Outside is coated in chrome paint that arrived chipped. It does its purpose but Id be weary about how safe this is to use on bare skin. Its also hollow inside.

This long bar has a nice weight to it and is excellent value for the price. Worked very well for Gua sha and Graston techniques
