A well made tool

The bar is sturdy and is extremely helpful in treating Sciatica. My chiropractor recommended this and showed me how to use it at home. He uses it on all his patients. Some reviews complained it was too sharp but its not. It does dig into the muscles because that is the intended purpose. The bar is contoured so the user can change the angle and thus control the level of comfort. I recommend this but users need to be instructed on how to use it properly.

This is the perfect two hand Gus sha tool. Wanted the two hand to allow me who is not as strong as my bf to be able to put more pressure on it when massaging his muscles. It causes a lot of petechiae especially on the neck and shoulders were typically everyone is most tight. It’s no secret body builders do soft tissue massage to help separate the muscles. This has worked great on separating the long head of the tricep. Can see improvement!

Im a massage therapist and use this tool for quads and calves. Sometimes Ill use it on the traps if the client is in sitting. It can be hard to grip if you have lotion on your hands so if the handles were thicker or had grips that would be fixed.

PROS The product is sturdy, a fair size and easy to handle. The customer service is quick to respond. CONS The products edged are too sharp for massage work, but should work great if used strictly for only the hardcore fans of scraping/graston technique.

Im a LMT and I like it for use on myself but its hard to maneuver on clients and it is very thick. I would prefer it to he thin like other gua sha ir iastm tools.

Use it for work very effective

If you want to self gua sha and get all the spots by yourself this is it! I have a lot of scar tissue in between my shoulder blades and I was able to get it with this tool doing it alone.
