> 24 hourIve always liked this design - easy to read and use. I own five or six of them so I can leave them in different places and still spend time looking for one !

> 24 hourSometimes you just cant beat classic and simple. Everything you need, nothing you dont. Dont need magnets, dont need lasers, dont need multiple scales, I can count just fine. Good size, not too heavy, numbers and lines clear. When this one wears out, Ill be getting another of the same.

> 24 hourI believe this product is probably worth the money for the additional quality. This item is made in the U.S.A.

> 24 hourI bought this tape measure to replace our old one, which was also a Stanley Powerlock, but unfortunately broke. However, Im not happy that the case on this tape measure is cheap plastic instead of the original metal housing of our previous one. The tape measure works well, but Im very disappointed that the manufacturer chose to replace the durable metal case with plastic, which is more likely to crack if its ever dropped accidentally on a hard surface. Ill be looking for a more durable tape measure.

> 24 hourGot it for $10 as an add-on item for my second home in another state. This one is just like the other one Ive had for probably 30+ years. I previously was using an off-brand tape measure in the second home that had a plastic housing and exploded into pieces when I dropped it on a carpeted floor. It is obvious that this one wont do that. Im sure some of the other, more expensive measures may hold up better in day-to-day carpentry work, but this one is fine for Joe Homeowner. Per my carpenter buddy, if you are a carpenter, buy a 30 or 35 version. 25 is fine for most homeowners.
