Easy to install just wish the clips are for harnesses are built a little better

So I bought a 2016 tundra in February and I knew I needed to get a remote start installed before winter hit because I park outside. First I bought the other brand on Amazon that looks very similar and was a little bit less expensive than this one. I installed it just as instructed in the step by step and the engine would turn over but not stay running after that. The service department didn’t have anything helpful to say so I returned it. So I bought this Remote start and the installation was similar and very clear in the video but this one worked first time. Worth the extra $30 to have it working.

Cool setup works well, is been about two months so far no issues and I’m satisfied, thing shuts off after 15 minutes tho, which seems reasonable time to warm up my truck when is cold.

Stupid easy to install! Hardest part was getting a metal coat hanger to feed wires behind radio area for TPS sensor. (Old trick I’ve used for years) tape hook so it doesn’t snag anything and feed on through.

This product makes my life easier during winter time!!

I got this 1 week after ordering. I watched the video. Took me 40 minutes to install. Works perfectly on the first attempt. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a remote start!

This thing is awesome!! Best add to my tundra yet! I love that it uses the original key fob. My only complaints are that once you insert the key, it doesnt automatically adjust the seat to your preset so you have to press the button. Also, would be nice to disengage starter, so you dont accidentally bump the starter after it is running. Otherwise this thing is great!!
