Le conecto y desconecto un ventilador constantemente al conector hembra (el lado macho está fijo). Tengo 50 días usándolo, a razón de 10 conectadas/desconectadas al día mínimo, lo he desconectado/conectado más de 500 veces, no a lo bruto pero tampoco con delicadeza. El cable no muestra nada de desgaste o pérdida de sujeción, aprieta y se ve como nuevo, tal cual.

Works okay. They also work okay on USB 3. I use them for this. As long as the wire is well shielded and the connectors are well made they work okay. I use these for small devices, and for printers. I dont recommending using a hard disk at too great a distance. It will slow it down. If speed is not critical you can go to about 30 feet if you are lucky...

Why buy such a tiny extenstion cord? My Altima came with a USB port inside the armrest/center console. After a bad experience with a USB port on my desktop computer physically breaking and shorting out the whole PC, I am determined to minimize wear and tear on the cars USB port. This short cord allows me to do the plugging and unplugging on the cord, and not the car itself. This cable works perfectly, and arrived quickly in a nice padded envelope. Order with confidence.
