Used for the USB Socket in the car.

I bought this extension pigtail to allow me to use a bulky PS2 to USB adapter without blocking several USB ports. It serves the purpose, BUT the female plug has exposed metal (its not fully covered by the plastic.) That may not be a problem, but I wrapped some electrical tape around the connection anyway. The tape will insulate the connection and also compensate for a slightly loose fit. Look closely at the photos before your buy. Amazon offers several similar USB Extension Cables that have the female plug fully covered for about the same price. Bottom Line - If I had looked closely, and noticed the exposed female plug in the photo, I would have bought this cable instead

I use this to power a USB fan that brings air into our bedroom at night. Its great for that, as a long USB power cable.

Nice cable for the price no complaints. Comes with an adapter. Cons: Cable seems kinda thin and flimsy but if your using it in optimal conditions. ie: warm dry environment with little to no movement It is fine.
