I love that the cord is long and the steamer is very light weight and easy to maneuver. The steamer has replaced both my mop and my Swifter. PRO TIP: Dampen the cloth with water before you use the steamer.

> 3 dayI absolutely LOVE this steam mop. It works wonderfully on my laminate and tile floors. Its not just a steam mop for floors. It can be used as a hand steamer that cleans bathrooms,counter tops,stoves,microwaves, or you name it. Unlike most hand steamers, this heats quickly and the steam comes out automatically, without pressing a button. There are also many accessories to attach to the steamer to do any job that needs completing. I have tried using it on rug stains using the rug glider attachment, but it doesnt do as good a job as a rug steamer. It does an excellent job on everything else. Buy this, you wont be sorry.

I had messaged seller thro amazon for mop replacement but so far no response from seller after over two weeks. Poor customer service. will consider returning the whole unit if no response. Ramesh

It heats up fast and you can tell your floor is getting a deep clean. I only wish it came with two floor pads, but I can always purchase pads separately, I am sure. Dont sleep on this product!
