> 3 dayBought this for my white grout! It works great but the bristles started falling out after twenty minutes. Can I buy replacement brushes? Also the carpet glider came cracked :( The steam part of this mop is fantastic! It’s just the cheap attachments.

> 3 dayI have used the mop once and seems satisfactory so far. Will rate the product after few onre uses. One of the mop pads was defective and threads coming out. I had messaged seller thro amazon for mop replacement but so far no response from seller after over two weeks. Poor customer service. will consider returning the whole unit if no response. Ramesh

> 3 dayThis wonder heats up in just seconds and is SO much easier to use than a mop and bucket on our vinyl floors! Easy to assemble and stands upright on its own when not in use. The pads wash up quite nicely & retain their shape and softness. Easy to add water by just opening the little flap--no disassembly required. We have a pup that has daily mishaps on both the hard floor and on our carpets, and I now have peace of mind that not only do I remove the pee or poo, this little baby sanitizes the area in moments. It does take some effort to move it on our shag carpeting in the living room, but for all intents and purposes its pretty darn awesome otherwise. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayI was getting ready for a major surgery the end of this summer, and wanted to get everything spic and span for when I got home! I obsessed over all of the reviews and types of steam mops for weeks and finally settled on this one. Very glad I did. Its easily assembled, used, and light. I cleaned all of my rugs and floors (theres an attachment for rugs) (also a few changes of cloth sock covering that cleans the floor, then just wash and re use.) and then took the handheld tools (remove mop and top handle for hand held appliance, and comes with various brushes and cleaners for tiles, grout, corners.) It got the bathroom floors, tub, sink, everywhere, as clean as when it was brand new...and the kitchen. Steamed my bedding and sofa to cleanse it as thats where Ive been hanging out. And it was easy! Im so glad I did it before hand! I still cant move my arm and body well enough to get down and reclean with the smaller tool but even recouping from major surgery have gone over the rugs, floors and bathroom tiles quickly with the steam mop part. Its not heavy, or difficult...its no problem! I didnt find the cup empties too much, but every now and then refilled-took a pitcher with me to refill as needed. It also folds up nicely to fit a corner or closet. Very pleased with it!!!
