I was 14. First, steam mop and came across this one and I was skeptical because of the discounted price. When I got it I instantly fell in love with it! Its very lightweight and easy to put together and it really does get the job done. Ive seen the other comments saying that the tools were out quickly, if you let the steam do the work and not the brush so much. Your tools last longer. I didnt notice they have replacement tools you can purchase which I think is fantastic.

This Steam Mop is great. Light and easy to use! I love the attachments that allow me to use it on our glass shower doors as well. From our tiles to hard floors, my 81 year old mom, mops without me worrying about her lifting heavy buckets or slipping on wet floors. I also don’t have to decide between harsh cleaners and clean floors for my dog.

I’ve had this mop now for over 6 month and it always gets the job done. It’s quick to start up, just refill with water when it runs out and it cleans your floor like nothing else. I really love this multipurpose steam cleaner & I’m impressed with how well it works! My floors have never stayed cleaner! Its extremely easy to use and can be used to clean different things. Ive used it to clean my shower tile, walls & furniture as well. I love this steam mop I will never go back to regular mopping ever! I have been using the Symphony steam mop for years and decided to give this one a try. Symphony steam mop has suction and longer cord which I was very disappointed this mop lacks but I was very impressed with the fact that this one has better steam and its lightweight and so easy to use.

This is a great product the best part is that you can do multiple type of surfaces like carpet, tile, wood even windows. Plus all the accessories are easy to switch.

This steamer is portable, easy to use, and heats up in seconds. I like that I can use the mop head as traditional upright for floors, or I can detach it and use it as a handheld for shower walls. This allows me to cover more vertical area at a time for routine cleaning, as Im not limited to just small attachments. The steamer has an ingenious weighted water intake tube in it, so that no matter what angle you hold it at (including upside down), the intake tube will always flop back down to remain submerged in the reservoir, allowing for uninterrupted cleaning.
