When it comes to owning a mouse, I prioritize functionality, durability, and a minimalist design. The Steel Series definitely meets all of the above, and then some. I especially like how they didnt over-style the device, yet added some small touches here and there to uniquely label their brand. My first Steel mouse was the Sensei Rubberized RAW. Compared to that, the Rival 110 feels a bit lacking, but is overall another nice addition to my collection of peripheral devices. -What I like about the Rival110: The matte texture is more pronounced than the Sensei, so the grip feels more solid and theres less junk that visibly adheres to the surface (compared to glossy finishes). The plastic sides with the bumps also help with the grip. The orange lighting on the Steel logo and the scroll wheel is a definite favorite of mine. -What I dont like so much about the Rival110: Its a lot lighter and smaller than the Sensei; I have large hands and like to feel the weight of the mouse under me, so the Rival isnt as great a fit for me size-wise. Also, despite the nice texture, it feels like a cheaper construct than the Sensei. This is notable with the plastic sides, the design of the logo (if you look at the accompanying photos, notice how the Rival logo is just a solid block while the Sensei logo is actually composed of several little pixels/dots), and the choice of material for the wire (flexible textile-like material for the Sensei vs. traditional material for the Rival). The Rival is a great mouse to own, and apparently was designed for gaming, so its an excellent addition for anyone. However, in the future, Im probably going to stick with the Sensei due to my personal preference (as described above).

Ive ordered cheaper ones that lasted way longer. It was ok.

This is a great mouse overall. Nice and small and easy to manipulate across your mouse pad. The only problem is that i feel like I always overshoot my target no matter what sensitivity settings I adjust. I would think that it has something to do with the lift of distance. Unfortunately I replaced this mouse with a much better one. I would suggest looking into other mice.

I was impatient at the time of the order, I was short on change so I couldn’t get the rival 310 instead. But this is a nice mouse and works amazingly and has customizable lighting as well! Would recommend

I wanted a durable, quality, long lasting mouse. 1 Year and its still working so Im not disappointed, it just cost a lot for a very basic, well-made mouse. no fancy feature, just good buttons, solid cord mouse. next time Ill except all of the same things but at a cheaper price. Feels a bit light weight but otherwise happy choice besides the price.

I do like this mouse a lot. I has a great feel to it. The options are wonderful and the application is really easy to use. I think the only main issue Ive run into is more recently Ive had it disconnect randomly from the USB pass-through on my keyboard, and Ive had to unplug and replug in. Its only happened once or twice, but definitely something Im going to keep an eye on for sure. I love the design of SteelSeries products and I think this is an easy choice for a gamer looking for something to improve his or her game on a budget.

Only gripe is hitting the two side buttons is hard. Especially the farther forward one. Feels like I have to think about feeling for it to press it.

    Greater than one week

The biggest problem was the shape. It is not a very good mouse for claw grip users but is fine and gets the job done. Acurracy is good but there is a liftoff that screws the sensor so much. Good mouse if your on a budget and in my opinion its better than the g203 which is another cheap mouse.
