Thought I lost all out pictures off of memory card but this program brought them all back. Worked like a charm

While this product was by far the cleanest and seemingly effective way I tried to recover formatted files, unfortunately it did not work. As youll see in a previous review, their customer service is not great. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee and it took me far too long to get a refund for a product that didnt work for me. But in the end, they did issue the refund (hence the 4 star review).

Perhaps under some narrow conditions this software is capable of recovering lost or damaged files, as it apparently did for some of the users, however, in my experience it was unable to recover a single lost or damaged RAW file.

Total waste of money . I returned mine for refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this

Its garbage. Should be zero stars. Dont buy anything from Stellar Photo Recovery or give them your credit card numbers. I tried to contact them to cancel so they wouldnt charge my credit card again this year. They made it impossible and then sent me an email thanking me for renewing it today even though they had said they were going to charge my card tomorrow.
