Greater than one weekThe ladder arrived shrink wrapped in a beat up box. There is no ‘lock’ so care is needed. Easy to fold up, store, move around. OK for changing smoke detector batteries, reaching high shelves - not sure about top of windows?

> 3 dayI have a small city apartment so not much room to store a bulky ladder, but I was not feeling great (or safe) about standing on chairs to get to hard to reach places. This ladder is perfect. Its well made and sturdy, folds and unfolds very easily, and stores at one end of a closet in a tiny slit of a space. Also, when in use, the generous treads make you feel more like youre going up and down stairs than climbing a ladder. Would highly recommend.

Greater than one weekI have both the two- and three-step ladders from Sorfey & use them for heights up to about 9 feet. Wonderfully sturdy, stable, they also have the extra rail on top for security. Additionally, they are very rugged, given their featherweight. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
