I like everything about this ladder and it would have received 5 stars from me except for the packing quality. It does have a few dents on the top handle area due to shipping but I just need it to work and it does. Very good slim design and very sturdy.

I have both the two- and three-step ladders from Sorfey & use them for heights up to about 9 feet. Wonderfully sturdy, stable, they also have the extra rail on top for security. Additionally, they are very rugged, given their featherweight. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I downsized to a almost tiny place with tall ceilings and good vertical storage opportunities. I am short in a 10 ft. ceiling place. This slim folding ladder fits in less than 3 inches of space, is easy to grab and set up with wide steps. I can reach anything I need to and be safe.

The ladder is light weight and leans nicely against the wall and takes up very little space. Strong as well.

I am using the 1st one in the pantry so that I can easily access the higher shelves...works well...it is stable and folds easily. It is slim enough folded to fit behind the door. I purchased a second one to put in our motorhome for easy access to the top bunk. Again, it takes up very little room yet is stable enough to feel safe on.

Very happy with this item. It is sturdy and solid.

It is a great ladder. Light, stable, compact, and great looking. It is not cheap, but I think is a great addition to my house. It will be appreciated for many years to come.

Great and is very sturdy. Fits in the gap between the refrigerator and the wall. Wife loves it. Now I dont have to reach all the high things where we store all the items not used much.
