Luggage set is nice and didn’t get beaten up on its inaugural international flight. We did have one minor issue with the zipper, but the seller promptly responded to the inquiry and remedied the situation (shipped a new bag). Overall I’d definitely recommend this seller.

Great price, sturdy, good looking luggage. Thrown all over several flights between home, Europe and several points in between. All components stood up to the workout they got. Love my new luggage!

Only had this luggage 2 months. It’s been used 3 times and the leather trim is starting to become detached. Also the wheels do not roll as they did on the first usage. Would NOT purchase Steve Madden luggage again

Although this set shipped quickly, when I received it the box was damaged so I was not surprised when the luggage was as well. The luggage was MOLDED everywhere and every piece of metal was rusted or the rust bled off onto the black fabric. I did not open the large suitcase because the zipper was too rusty to open. I am not sure how this could have even happened, but needless to say it was disgusting. I am sure no one checked the box before shipping it, because there is no way it could have gotten in this condition in the 2 days it was shipped (prime) to me. I am happy to say I did get a full refund but ordering this suitcase was a waste of time since I returned it to my local amazon store the second I saw the condition.

Very cute and hold up well so far. They got scuffed from my plane trips and the wheels are really small so it’s hard to push them on carpet and over cracks. But overall happy with my purchase.

I used the biggest one and the smallest one I loved them they fit a lot of things. I did use the packing cubes but the suitcase itself has a lot of mini pockets on the inside to be able to put other personal items. The quality of the suitcase is great yes it did get a bit dirty but you have no control of that unless you cover the bag. The only thing I did was take off the tassels because I didn’t want to risk losing those or breaking. The little bag is a perfect carryon size. The only thing I wished was that the carry on had four wheels instead of two. The big suitcase was easy to move on all four wheels also my bag weighed exactly 50lbs

I am in love with my new luggage! So classy and attractive.

I was excited to get this luggage, but after a couple of airline trips, I was disappointed to have the metal rings become displaced, and the frame began to warp. which is causing the spinner/swivel wheels to roll funny. The set was over $200.00 and I feel it should have lasted a little longer before showing this type of wear and tear!
