Haven’t really used it yet. It’s first test will be going to Ireland for two weeks on a Backroads tour. It is very stylish, and looks like it will pack well, and is reasonably lightweight. Looking forward to trying it out. Great value for the money.

These hot glue trails are really bothering me. Luggage arrived with scuffs on the steve madden tag on the front of the check-in piece. Also noticed a small stain on the bottom of the bag as well. Poor quality for the $400 this set cost. The color is nice in person though.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Poor quality and flimsy. My husband spent good money and got me this as a gift I used it once on our Disney trip this week and the whole back arms is blown out. I would t even give it one star but they don’t give you the option for a 1/4 star!

I bought this luggage set less than a year ago and though I loved the look and the size, the wheels of the carry-on were defective and stopped working after about 7 months. The problem was not caused by misuse, they simply started turning inward within their casing. Upon reviewing my order and the warrantee, I filed a report/claim three different times, including pictures and description of what the problem was. My claims were never responded to, except for a generated email stating that they had received my form and someone would be in contact within a few day. However, there was never any follow-up. Now I have a matching set of luggage, with a carry-on that is unusable. So, Im left with purchasing another carry-on that doesnt match my set or using the defective carry-on and wrestling with it, dragging it through the airport. I definitely feel if a company offers a warrantee, they should honor it. So, if you travel a lot, Id bypass this product.

I absolutely love the luggage! I was torn between the Gray or Teal Green set. I bought the Gray set for myself and cant wait to travel with it!

The set itself seems well-made and is cute. However, my carry-on had a stain on it upon opening it. I spent a lot of money on this and was very disappointed.
