Zipper broke with two uses

damaged on first use, dented, and scratched.

This suitcase lightweight, easy to maneuver, easy to pack and unpack. I havent even had the set 6 months and both zipper pulls on the large suitcase have broken off.

The color is beautiful. It’s lightweight but made well...not flimsy.

I’ve purchased this brand of luggage before and the only complaint I have is that the Steve Madden logo comes off but over all an excellent product for a great price!

Purchased as a gift. Loved by recipient! Great color for hard covered luggage. Spinner wheels are the bonus feature.

I bought this luggage set for my girlfriends birthday. I was rather impressed in person. I really liked the pop of the colors and the zippers being silver. It gave good contrast to the black handles. Very impressive to my girlfriend on her birthday!

I was super excited for this order and I got it today and my zipper was broken on the big piece. Also in my carryon bag there was a pair of leggings in there which tells me it has been used!! I am not happy with my purchase! Especially considering how expensive it is!!! This is not acceptable!

Granddaughter loved this and was using it the day I brought it home for her.
