Greater than one weekI really like the ease of use and how non abrasive on my teeth and gums. I should have started years ago. No Downside! Maybe a bit expensive!

> 3 dayI used to use these in the 90s and kinda forgot about them. So when I remembered I was happy to find them on amazon. However they sturdiness is not like they old days of nice quality balsa wood. I would still buy them again.

> 3 dayI was shocked to see these are still around. My parents in the 50s & 60, always had them hanging out of their mouths. I remembered a strong cinnamon flavor which I don’t detect in these even though it says it’s there. These are better than sharp toothpicks to rub against the gums.

> 3 dayThis product gives you a total of 300 picks. So if you use one per night, thats about a ten-month supply. Nice to have that many on had and not have to re-order too often. I subtracted one star for sturdiness, but its just the nature of a soft wood toothpick that the end is going to break off now and then. Just be sure to moisten it in your mouth before use, and use a straight in-and-out movement to avoid twisting and breaking it. My dentist recommends this, not so much as a replacement for floss, but as an additional tool for keeping your gums healthy.

> 3 dayI find these very useful. Ive had more than a few cavities and Ive ended up with a mouthful of crevices and apparently secret passages where food particles can get stuck. This product is a great addition to flossing and brushing.

> 3 dayThese do the job well. They are not quite as good as the originals from 20 years ago, hence the 4 stars today. Old ones had slightly straighter grain. I use them daily in the car. My dentist says my teeth and gums are great and I attribute this to the Stim-u Dent. A good habit to have.

> 3 dayBest tooth pick ever. Dentist cautioned me for using it, but I just did not buy his statement of tooth-gum injury. Has not happened. And this pick does not replace my sonic toothbrush, floss or water pic. And I also rinse my mouth out with food grade H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) - this is not the store bought stuff in the brown bottle.

> 3 dayEasy to use. Works very well between my teeth prefer it to flossing which I am always afraid will loosen my crowns

> 3 dayWhy is it that every time i find something I really like, its always pulled off the shelves at the stores?! It is so frustrating. Originally, when I started buying from Amazon, I was only ordering one type of product. I have to keep reminding myself that Amazon has so much more. And I am always pleasantly surprised when I find the things here on Amazon that I can no longer find locally. Such is the case with these things. My father-in-law introduced them to me 25 years ago (or more) and I have faithfully used them ever since--that is, until recently when I could no longer find them locally. Did I mention that I can no longer find them locally? ;-) I have yet to receive this product from the Amazon order, but like them that much--to actually go out and order toothpicks on the internet. Oh, yeah, might help to explain why.... Unlike common toothpicks, these things are soft wood and wedge-shaped which makes them considerably more comfortable to insert between teeth. Never had a splintering issue but even when the tip would break (too much pressure), I would peel it off and keep using the rest of the pick. I prefer the unscented ones but they do have scented (or flavored) ones as well.

> 3 dayI have used these for years and find them the best one for your teeth. The pick is made of wood and is larger than the traditional pick. The wood fibers do break down after use which makes it easier to reach some places.
