We love the realistic looking tokens. They do nothing else but add coolness to the game, and feel better than the standard tokens you get. If you really like the board game, then its worth it for the realistic tokens.

These are exactly as described. Love the weight and realism they bring to the game. They definitely add to the artisticness of the game. I bought these because playing a 7 player version we were always scrambling to get resources and it helps when using the board expansion and even a 64 persons long reach can reach across the table to get them. lol

It may seem a small thing, but having the resources actually look like the things they represent makes the game a little bit more fun.

Do you need these? No. Do you want these? Absolutely. The look and feel of these pieces makes the game feel much more immersive. The craftsmanship is very good and they fit in the organizer (if you got it) quite well.

Very good quality

Fantastic quality. Heavy feel and looks amazing on the board. I cant imagine playing Scythe without this kit (along with the metal coins). If you play Scythe, this is simply a must.
