I ordered the first one, came broke. Exchanged for another, second came BROKE. I give up

I should have trusted all the negative reviews but decided to give it a chance. The filter doesn’t appear brand new. There were broken pieces of glass and the filter was covered with small particles and dust.

Easy to install, helps keep the refrigerator fresh.

I wish this filter did not have mercury, and that the price was lower. It works but is very expensive.

This Subzero air purification cartridge has to be replaced once a year. It actually works, as I found veggies like romaine lettuce last much longer in the Subzero than they did in my Samsung -- sometimes theyre still fresh 2-3 weeks after purchase, which is just amazing. I was happy to receive an actual Subzero-branded cartridge for a price maybe 15% less than the distributor I usually order from, with the usual Prime free shipping. I wont hesitate to re-order next year.

Ordered twice. Both times product arrived broken, covered in tiny pieces of glass.

Works fine in my sub zero fridge. Easy install. Don’t listen to those people who complain about noise when the shake it or dust. That’s the carbon particles mo moving around inside, and sometimes creates dust on the outside, although I didn’t find any dust on mine

Easy to install works well. Just wish it wasn’t so darned expensive.
