Some of the mugs were really sticky. Make sure to clean them before you sublimate on them. Thats why 4 stars instead of 5. It was more cleaning than I thought I should have to do on a new product. They sublimated well. I was pleased with the results.

I buy 12 oz cups for our coffee, these are the best size.We use them every day, and these cups are comfortable to hold, and I found them when I was searching for large cups.Im also looking for pure white so I dont have to worry about fading, I love this kind of mug, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants this style of coffee mug.

Two mugs cracked and unusable

I think this cup is absolutely wonderful . when I received this cup , I was amazed by its appearance and material . I can give full play to my creation on this cup and the price is also very cheap .I once dropped a glass on the fioor by accident , but it was only a little broken , it was amazing, and my other glass was already broken

I have ordered these mugs multiple times and I will continue to purchase them. They always arrive super fast and, in my opinion, they are a fair price. I have only ever received 1 mug that was a little cracked on the inside, but that was only 1 out of over 60 mugs that I have purchased. The color always comes out extremely well on these. They work well with the Cricut Mug Press and the Epson EcoTank (ET-4760) Inkjet printer.

I used infusible heat transfer paper on one mug and infusible markers on the other. I am new at this but it seemed to take when I heated it for 4 mins.

This cup is very convenient to clean. It is used to drink coffee. The hand feel and taste are particularly good. The heat dissipation effect is slow. It is suitable for people who like to drink coffee and boiling water. When guests come to the house, they can basically meet their needs. I like it very much.

UPDATE- I had contact with the supplier who agreed to replace the damaged cup. I have order 2 more boxes and have sublimated on numerous cups now. They all worked great. Very please with the product and the customer service. Will continue ordering this brand from this company as long as they are available. I havent tried Sublimation on them yet but right out of the box one of the six cups is broken. Not happy with the cost and one to be broken

Always turn out so well. This is my second time purchasing for sublimation. Fit amazing in the cricut mug press. Would definitely buy again.

Perfect size, shape, quality coffee cup. Love these cups and will use them for all our decals in the future. We needed something high quality to use a new tenant gifts and these are exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. The bottom of the cup is blank so the decal maker can put their name on them to increase their business. We couldn’t have asked for more.
