The product was great but 1 mug was broken. Most likely due to shipping so they need more protection for shipping but the mug sublimated perfectly and is a good product

This cup is very convenient to clean. It is used to drink coffee. The hand feel and taste are particularly good. The heat dissipation effect is slow. I buy 12 oz cups for our coffee, these are the best size.We use them every day, and these cups are comfortable to hold, and I found them when I was searching for large cups.Im also looking for pure white so I dont have to worry about fading, I love this kind of mug, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants this style of coffee mug.

Only 2 out of 6 mugs were smooth. Sublimated ok. Will not be purchasing again.
