Great purchase... Solved my flaking ignitor problem...Old one had rust and would allow spark to jump randomly... The new unit works great and lights the pilot every time. Took 15 min to swap.

It was a perfect replacement and worked.

Our water heater just quit without any warning, It would then just click as if it were trying to start, after a couple of tries it would shut down. I suspected it wasnt getting any spark, therefore it wouldnt release any gas. I got this electrode, replaced it in about 1 minute and then the water heater fired right up. Whoo Hooo.

Exactly the same igniter as the original.Worked the first time.
