Now that I know how to correctly use the remote to set the lights they work great for my daughters France themed room. The company reached out to me and I explained it was actual my own fault. - Click the timer button on the remote for 3 seconds or hold the button for 3 seconds on the USB;
- The lights will blink 2 times to show that the timer has been set;
- Repeat step 3 above and the lights will blink 1 time to show that the timer has been cleared.
