> 3 dayThe string lights I received were clearly someones repackaged return. The lights arrived shoved into the box and horribly tangled, with the twist ties falling out immediately as if theyd been thrown in the box as an afterthought. There were also cut up zip ties that Im pretty sure were used to hold the hanging lights to the main strand, so lights wouldve hung unevenly if I were to put them up, and upon further inspection, I did not receive a remote as advertised. The lights themselves seem to work fine, but its a bit annoying that Im missing parts and had to go through and untangle the mess I received.

> 3 dayPlease read the remote instructions first. I read it very quickly and due to my own error set it on rapid flash on accident and struggled to fix it. Now that I know how to correctly use the remote to set the lights they work great for my daughters France themed room. The company reached out to me and I explained it was actual my own fault. So 5 stars for great product and customer service

TIPS OF SETTING TIMER
- Power on the lights;
- Choose the desired mode by using the remote or sequencing the button on the USB;
- Click the timer button on the remote for 3 seconds or hold the button for 3 seconds on the USB;
- The lights will blink 2 times to show that the timer has been set;
- Repeat step 3 above and the lights will blink 1 time to show that the timer has been cleared.
