I use the Sulcabrush as part of my nightly regimen, after I floss and brush. It helps with stimulating the gums - that and the rubber tip-gadget. It is a good idea to keep the gums stimulated. I appreciate the replacements because they work and also are environmentally friendly.

Great for getting into the tough places between teeth. use it with baking soda.
