I use the Sulcabrush as part of my nightly regimen, after I floss and brush. It helps with stimulating the gums - that and the rubber tip-gadget. It is a good idea to keep the gums stimulated. I appreciate the replacements because they work and also are environmentally friendly.

These things work! My Dentist recommended Silcabrush as a way to reduce the time I had to endure the Hygienist scraping and grinding to remove that tartar buildup. It worked for me, but you have to be dedicated to using the brush and replacing the tips as they wear. Your mouth will stay fresher and only your Hygienist will know for sure.
