> 3 dayDont waste money buying those expensive first aid kits. Put your own together. I use vacuum seal bags, they keep everything air tight and dry. Toss one in your car and one in your bug out bag. That being said, These Israeli comp bandages are a MUST. Id have at least 3 in each kit among other things. Believe me, if you ever need these, youll be glad you bought them.

Step 1Place primary dressing pad face-down on wound and wrap elastic bandage around limb. |
Step 2Insert elastic bandage into pressure bar opening. |
Step 3Pull elastic bandage in same direction until fully tight. |
