After we got a patient who could have greatly benefitted from something like this on their boat to treat immediately I knew I what I wanted to get for my first aid kit. This product is great for peace of mind. I like the non-stick dressing and the fact you can apply one-handed if need be. My first aid bag is complete now, thanks.

Step 1Place primary dressing pad face-down on wound and wrap elastic bandage around limb. |
Step 2Insert elastic bandage into pressure bar opening. |
Step 3Pull elastic bandage in same direction until fully tight. |
