I am very disappointed in this item. I installed it and there were several on the screen that were dead, not reaction when touched. I had to order a second screen, from a different seller and my iPad worked great. Buyers beware!

The product is maybe ok, but it is so difficult to install that I was left with a partially functional touch screen with dead lines through it. A waste of money and time.

Decent screen. When you order this with the home button you lose the thumb print id which is disappointing. If I knew that I would have swapped my original home button over before I stuck the screen down.

This item was tricky to use. We followed the directions and watched the recommended instructional videos. For some reason the screen is not responsive. We double checked the connections and all is good there. I guess were going to have to try for round 2 (with a different product) before just replacing the iPad (2019 model). Ugh :(

This product is in the middle of good and bad I love the tools it was pretty easy to do as a beginner but a thing to watch out is the part where you glue it together the adhesive is not the best but it’s not the worst either my screen broke trying to do that.

Didn’t have cleaning supplies for lcd, I used alcohol. It works perfect.

Shattered the screen with slight pressure while putting it on. Also, the home button color doesnt match the original; way more yellow! I removed the home button and used the original.

You get what you pay for this screen has the worst touch sensitive
