A waste of money for me.

It didnt work at all for me. It wouldnt even start trying to work when I put it in my computer. I tried contacting tech support and got no response. Total waste of money for me.

This product Windows 10 Home 32/64 Bit DVD, not work at all in my Laptop..

The product came, a CD, with a slip of paper that contains no business name, no contact information - nothing. The slip of paper has a QR Code that - the video for that code is no longer available. Another link is provided with an instructional video, supposedly on YouTube - is no longer available, and a link to a bit.ly video in case the YouTube video doesnt work - is no longer available.

This Windows 10 Pro recovery disk worked flawlessly for me. It booted right up, I followed the prompts and it restored my OS. I was almost ready to give up on a recovery and buy a new computer. This might be the best $13 Ive ever spent.

It does not work with Muiltple Network Parttitons But is great for recovery for a single user.

Wow, I am very surprised Tech-Shop-Pro Win10 recover DVD worked with no problems. My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 got a virus or hacked, my laptop account & files were deleted. I tried Windows restore it didnt work. I have to use Malwarebytes & Antivirus to check for hackers from now on. Now I got a good copy of Win10 DVD recovery, I can reinstall it again & again. Good job Tech-S-Pro your product works. Thank God.

This worked exactly as described, it was easy to use with the QR code to watch the step by step instructional video so I could make sure everything I did match what he was showing. I am very happy with the end result. He took his time to explain in the video what to do and what you need to do if one of the steps wasnt working to remedy. My computer is working perfectly.
