We returned this unused software and they issued a credit for 88 cents. The worst.

My husbands computer was locked in windows didnt start correctly. Nothing helped until we got this disc THANK YOU..Took less than 1 hr to fix it.

Placed the disc in computer did the rest.

Should explain for how to work with diffrent brand of computer. And also for those of us that are 60 and over.

Bought this to repair my 2009 Samsung r780 laptop that crashed. It didnt help with getting stuck at the Samsung logo blue screen when rebooting but I just hit F1 to move past that and chose the 3rd boot up option where you wont need to have a windows key available if reinstalling on the original hard drive. System works much better now for what I use it for!

This worked exactly as described, it was easy to use with the QR code to watch the step by step instructional video so I could make sure everything I did match what he was showing. I am very happy with the end result. He took his time to explain in the video what to do and what you need to do if one of the steps wasnt working to remedy. My computer is working perfectly. IT couldnt fix a laptop with a boot issue after the most current windows 10 upgrade crashed. keep saying to system was not compatible. i returned to product.

Had to reinstall windows on two of my laptops and this disc saved the day. I really liked the fact that it had a variety of options in its menu.

The product came, a CD, with a slip of paper that contains no business name, no contact information - nothing. The slip of paper has a QR Code that - the video for that code is no longer available. Another link is provided with an instructional video, supposedly on YouTube - is no longer available, and a link to a bit.ly video in case the YouTube video doesnt work - is no longer available.
