I read that it would repair the mbr - it didnt.

This product was an absolute breeze to install. I have a Dell desktop and all I had to do is restart. It hit f12 and the CD did all the work!! Just make sure that you have backup drivers or a driver disc but thats about all. I will look for other products from this seller and would not hesitate to purchase. Another recommendation is to format your drive when it ask you. Have a nice clean install

Bought this to repair my 2009 Samsung r780 laptop that crashed. It didnt help with getting stuck at the Samsung logo blue screen when rebooting but I just hit F1 to move past that and chose the 3rd boot up option where you wont need to have a windows key available if reinstalling on the original hard drive. System works much better now for what I use it for!

Follow directions included. I was successful in using product. Must follow direction of booting order in bios. Fixed a problem of not being able to digitally download drivers that where corrupted in windows 7. Installed fresh copy of windows. 10.

Hi and I hope this helps a lot of people this disc is awesome I had some issues with my pc with virus had taken over files and cloud have been fired from my company even thou I’m very careful when surfing and of course I had an antivirus but it didn’t work and cloud not understand the instructions and send elvis a message he was very patient and first helped me with a video but still cloud not fix it so he went out his way and helped me fix it all and showed me how to do a install on top of another to find clean files and the product was activated thanks a lot and hope you guys get your situation fix

NOT EXACTLY ENOUGH UTILITIES TO GET YOU BACK UP AND GOING. I ENDED UP CREATING A NEW PARTITION USING WIN7 AND THEN UPGRADING TO WIN10 PRO. THIS DISK WAS USELESS AND I AM GLAD THAT I DIDNT SUFFER TOO MUCH MONEY LOSS
