Was a pretty easy set up and worked for about a month and a half. Works remotely with the tends app.. but no longer communicates with Alexa. I have tried everything . Even started up the whole set up again. Nothing works… just a bunch of junk. Will replace with a different brand of plugs.

Had difficulty pairing them but they work fine once you do

It is an excellent product and it was very easy to setup and Gourav from customer support helped me to set up using Alexa and the customer support people are very much knowledgeable on these products

can not connect with alexa

You set them up, which is frustrating. Then you get them to work and a couple of weeks later they seem to forget. So you set them up again and theres nothing you can do to get them to work. Server unresponsive...what?

These do NOT work and play well with alexa!

Love!!! they are so easy to install. Used then for my lights.

I plugged this in followed the instructions and I’m proud of myself I have everything that I have to turn on at night and off in the morning hooked up and it’s so enjoying to see all my lights go on and off without humans touching them

These work, but I cannot get them to work with Alexa at all. I can control them from their own app, but only if I am within range of the same Wi-Fi network. No remote operation.
