This is my first smart plug and I am very pleased. I have found it extremely reliable and easy to use.

Ok, I was frustrated with this in the beginning. The directions are a little lacking. After I figured out it required 2.4 ghz it got easier from there. Now my Alexa is set up and it works. Good little find.

I’ve tried most of the smart plugs on the market and the Beli Smart plug is by far the most reliable. So far no resets have been necessary and has worked perfect even when I lost power to my home temporarily. Also I had no problem setting it up. I highly recommend. The Beli Smart Plug app and set up was super fast and easy. I think it took me under two minutes to get it fully up and running and connected to my Amazon Alexa. After a few week there has been no issue, its worked perfectly, and will be buying more!

You set them up, which is frustrating. Then you get them to work and a couple of weeks later they seem to forget. So you set them up again and theres nothing you can do to get them to work. Server unresponsive...what?

Tenda App wont allow you to login to sink device with Alexa. You will continually get a notification stating your user name/password is incorrect. Apparently from reading other reviews this has been occurring for quite some time. Device works alone but not voice activated, manual control through Tenda app only.

It responded well to my WiFi will buy more

First of all, it took over 24 hours to receive the email from the app. It didnt even send it when I clicked it. I had been checking my email through the night. Nothing. Woke up in the morning. Nothing. Decided to go BACK into the app and send it again. Finally came through email. Once I downloaded the app, it would never work on my phone. It was just a multitude of problems, back to back. No offense, but after so many problems, I just dont know what else to do. I was forced to return this product, due to the app never working. I had high hopes for this, but Im forced to keep my eye open for another brand. This one just doesnt cut the mustard.

Good product, good price. It makes me feel safer because I can turn my lights on and off when I’m away from home. This was my first smart plug and I’ll probably order more of these.
