Easily connects to Alexa or use their app. Works great. Being able to program lights or turn them on/off from another room is so convenient.

Worked with my Alexa, but only after my second try. The timer didn’t seem to work the way I had set it up. Overall, this worked for my needs & I was able to get it set up with Alexa on my wifi network without too many issues. Worth it for the lower price.

I will never buy another of this brand. The app requires you to register, which is fine, but it then is supposed to send you an email to confirm the registration. Well, it doesnt, and you are dead in the water without it. If you call Tech Support they tell you to wait 24 hours and if you dont get it, call them back.

After spending an hour with tech support it finally start to work . Easy to use now.

This is my first smart plug and I am very pleased. I have found it extremely reliable and easy to use.

The app kept telling me to place the router and device and phone closer, but they were within a foot of one another. I gave up after 30 minutes and threw it away.

I’ve tried most of the smart plugs on the market and the Beli Smart plug is by far the most reliable. So far no resets have been necessary and has worked perfect even when I lost power to my home temporarily. Also I had no problem setting it up. I highly recommend. The Beli Smart Plug app and set up was super fast and easy. I think it took me under two minutes to get it fully up and running and connected to my Amazon Alexa. After a few week there has been no issue, its worked perfectly, and will be buying more!

Already have 2 wemo smart plugs, but they are kinda bulky and frequently disconnect from my network so I wanted to give another brand a try. The Beli Smart Plug app and set up was super fast and easy. I think it took me under two minutes to get it fully up and running. It also easily connected to my amazon alexa. After a week there has been no issue, its worked perfectly, and its smaller than the wemo plugs which means ill be buying more!

Cant get it to link to my wi fi, just says I need internet. I have hughsnet so it should link up while everything else does. (Probably just smarter than me)
