> 3 dayI have not done any testing for the temps I would get without this thermal paste and using an off brand, or pad. However, I can say that the testing I have done. My temps Overclocked to a easy 4.3 on all cores of my I5 6600K do not reach any higher than 56 degrees Celsius using an Hyper Evo 212.

Greater than one weekIve bought so many thermal pastes and this one works the same as any other top brand but Ive noticed this is around 2-4 celcius less overall and I spread them all the same so I cant say anymore than that.
