Greater than one weekIts good. Keeps the temps down by 10-15degrees. But Mx4 gave me more good results which took the temps down by 20-25 deg.

> 3 dayBest paste by far, but in comparing it seems to me it is not a full gram of paste. If the syringe was full it may be gram but mine came half full and u can see the comparing to my one ml syringe that the thermal grizzly paste syringe is smaller.

> 3 dayI always replace stock thermal compound supplied by the manufacturer with this stuff! It always makes my machines run cooler. I like the included spatula tip to help spread the paste. Took me a minute to get the hang of it, but after you do, it works amazing!
