Greater than one weekWith the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 it lowered my normal running temps by 5-15C, depending on if Im gaming or rendering.

> 3 dayAuthentic product; checked out on Kryonauts site while the paste itself was easily applied and it effectively helped reducing CPU temps (coupled with upgrading the 01 intake and 01 exhaust stock high RPM Dell 120mm fans to 02 Noctua silent 120mm fans - on Alienware R11) from average idling at 40-42 degrees celcius/celsius lowered to about idling at 34-36 degrees celsius. Gaming (also heavy-ish multitasking) temps now range between 60-82 degrees celsius (depending on type of game or process loads) but better than stock which at times reached 90-95 degree celsius. Would buy again as it is a very good thermal paste. Thank you seller (Rockland Toys for less corp) and Amazon and DHL for the relatively quick delivery to Fiji. Vinaka (thanks).

Greater than one weekI bought this thermal paste to replace the old thermal paste on my cpu that was causing problems. With the old thermal paste and stock cooler I was looking at idle temps in the mid 30s and temps under load reaching 90C. I swear all I did was wipe off the old paste, apply this paste, and put the stock cooler back on and now my load temps don’t breach the mid 40s and the idle temps are remarkably below room temperature, with Glances reporting some cores at the low-mid 20s. I’ve never seen that before, I will be recommending this to everyone I know.
