Ive been building/maintaining computers for 20 years now and for the past 2 years, this has been my go to paste. Easy to apply (I use spread method) and lasts long! Havent changed most of the applications I have done.

Greater than one weekI was hoping that for the price it cost and reviews it was getting it would make a difference but after replacing my nearly 4 year old paste with this AND cleaning out my water cooling fan the difference in temps was unnoticable in game. Out of game the min temp did seem to be 3-5 degrees cooler but thats not what I was going for or why I replaced my thermal paste for a expensive one.
