> 3 dayI have Dell G7 7590 with i7-9750H with RTX2060 Max Q. It was running 95 to 100°C with Stock Thermal Paste. Then I replaced stock with Arctic Silver MX4 but still my Temp reduced only by 2 to 5°C only.

Had wanted to compare this to the factory paste on my GeForce 1060 gpu but after doing a stress test with fan locked at 80% that took the card to 79 degrees after 15 minutes (large overclock) I took the gpu apart and discovered the factory job was poorly applied.
